ChatHealth is enabling Children’s Diabetes Nursing Service to offer a direct means of contact for young people and the parents and carers of children with diabetes. This allows patients on their caseload to get timely support and advice on concerns around diabetes technology, insulin adjustment and sick days, as well as appointment information.
