ChatHealth is helping NHS neurodiversity services provide accessible support to individuals and families through secure messaging, enabling timely advice, reassurance and signposting while people wait for ADHD and Autism assessments.
Already used by neurodiversity services in Leicester and Manchester, ChatHealth has supported hundreds of conversations between service users and clinicians. Feedback shows strong impact, with 94% of respondents saying their conversation helped them.
Recently evaluated by Health Innovation East Midlands, ChatHealth is featured on their online portal as a digital innovation to support ADHD and wider neurodiversity pathways.
