ChatHealth is enabling Children’s Diabetes Nursing Services to provide timely, specialist support to young people and the parents and carers of children and young people through safe and secure messaging.
This allows patients on their caseload to get timely support and advice when they need it on concerns around diabetes technology, insulin adjustment and sick days, as well as appointment information.
