ChatHealth

We’ve helped a growing number of sexual health services across England to successfully set up safe and secure messaging services on the award-winning ChatHealth platform. It is being offered to young people only or for whole population groups.

People using the service tell us it is less embarrassing to ask questions about their sexual health by text than in person or over the phone. Sexual Health Services say it’s an effective way of identifying who needs urgent help, whilst quickly advising and signposting others.
